Chippendale firegrate
Very delicate cast iron and brass firegrate from a Chippendale design the master patterns made by ourselves. The cast iron work on this grate is very intricate consisting of leaves and scroll work. The grate is flanked by a pair of obelisks with textured inset panels and turned finials. Below the convex fire bars is an ash pan with a contoured front and brass button knobs. Some of the English lime patterns are shown in the lower picture.
